• Whether you’re a beginner eager to learn the basics of Nordic Pole walking or an avid walker looking to refine your technique, this clinic is for you.
• This is an INDOOR clinic until the spring weather warms up.
• Learn the basic technique of Nordic Pole walking, the difference between a trekking pole and a Nordic Pole and all of it’s wonderful health benefits.
• This is a fun and informative clinic, not a walk, therefore, everyone of every age and fitness level can join us!
• Dress comfortably, wear running shoes and bring water.
• You can bring your own poles, borrow a set of poles or purchase a set of poles:)
• If you need to sit at any time there are chairs. Bathrooms are downstairs.
