9:00 - 10:45 am        “Introduction” to Nordic Pole Walking Clinic – indoor clinic

11:00 - 12:15 pm      Nordic Pole Fitness Walk – dress for the weather and bring water 

*The Introduction clinic is for those who have never Nordic Walked before and for those who would like to brush up on their skills.

*The Fitness walk is for anyone who have attended an Introductory clinic, own their own poles and can walk easily for one hour!

What a wonderful way to walk with others who love to Nordic Pole walk!
