Private Group active 2 months, 2 weeks agoBeginner Nordic Walking Classes for Adults and Seniors. Specialized training for people with co-ordination difficulties, decreased stamina and/or strength. Lender poles available for anyone not sure of their ability to participate.
Currently classes are available at our Whitby Mall location.
